AmeriVu Inn - Park Falls

We have stayed at the Park Falls location a half dozen times and have always been impressed by the bright, clean facility and the reasonable rates. The owner and his family are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is well-lit and there is plenty of room for trailers. Highly recommend!

This appeared to be a privately owned and run hotel that, at least during our stay, was run on an "on-call" basis. A phone number is posted for you to call if you need some type of in-person assistance, but we did not see anyone up at the front desk any of the times that we walked through the lobby area. It was not what I was expecting, but now that I know how it works, it went well enough that I would consider staying again. I gave it 4/5 stars due to the inconvenience of having to call to get assistance, unlike other hotels. It is possible, though, that the owners were busy cleaning vacated rooms? The beds seemed to be quite small, either double or full size, not queen, but they were very comfy. All aspects of the room were on the small size, but it worked just fine for our needs. The only thing off-putting about the room was an odd smell just inside the door. We couldn't quite identify it, but it hit you as you came into the room. You didn't really smell it, though, once you were in the room with the air on, so it didn't ultimately affect us. The continental breakfast was simple, but had several options; donuts from KwikTrip, bagels (cream cheese and butter), mini muffins, a toast making station (raisin bread and plain bread, butter, peanut butter, and two types of jelly), yogurt (strawberry banana), cereal (bran flakes and corn flakes?), milk, juice (apple and orange), coffee, and hot cocoa. The room appeared to be clean upon arrival. Like in other comments, we also saw signs posted about no housekeeping options for people staying multiple nights due to Covid. They were directed to put towels and linens into trash bags and place in hallway, but we didn't see trash bags. You would likely have to request those? The beds were a tight fit, but comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet at night. This hotel seemed to be quite popular, as the parking lot was packed when we arrived and cleared out by the time we checked out at 11am.

Great hotel! Snowmobiled here from 100 miles away. Hotel right off the trail that takes you through town. Very welcoming and saved us money! The room was clean and smelled fresh as soon as we opened the door. King bed was comfy. Make sure you call for a room. The owner saves you more money than an online booking site!

We had a great stay. I was up by Park Falls with my husband and our trucks tire went out. We called this place at around 11 at night and the man was very nice and even offered to come pick us up if we our truck did not work. Luckily we were able to get our truck to the hotel. The room was spotless clean with great cable and nice hot water. For the price it was absolutely a bargain compared to the motor lodge and the super 8 a town over. I would recommend this to anyone!

The owner and his wife (and their adorable little girl) were absolutely wonderful! Many hotels have I stayed in, but never have I had the owner sit and chat! He is a very kind man and helpful! I was late checking out due to some car issues got me back to the hotel pressed for time to checkout. Not upset, angry but just the opposite, very understanding and didn't keep pushing me out the door. He said "take your time and don't rush, thats when you'll forget something!" Would recommend this hotel to anyone staing in Park Falls!!

Love this place! The service is all smiles! The rooms were clean and tidy and it's in a great spot. These people are really nice. Would definitely stay here again! Oh and they have girl scout cookies! Yum

Not a bad little hotel, rate was reasonable, rooms were clean, was a little noisy, or refrigerator made some gurgling sounds through out the night. Breakfast was ok, more of a continental still. Would stay again. We generally don't use the drug, should have just turned it off.

First off, I want to start off by saying that my stay here at AmeriVu Inn has been excellent. I’ve stayed here previously a month ago, and just recently today, but apart from me staying, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this Inn. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and you can tell the management care. The rooms are extremely clean along with many amenities you get for the price. The location is great as well since we are close to several state forests and extremely close to the national forest. The Inn is also pet friendly too which is a big plus if you have pets. I don’t write a ton of reviews but this place deserves a way better rating. AmeriVu Inn is the best Inn/motel I have stayed at in northern Wisconsin, hell even my times of traveling the country; other motels haven’t compared to AmeriVu Inn. It’s a bold statement but I’ll hold to my tongue to it. We will be back in the future, -Isaiah
